Curate

In 2016, I was one of the founding members of Curate, a platform streamlining the hiring process for creatives. In recognizing that the prevailing job application process is inefficient and ineffective for both creatives and companies, we designed a platform flipping the predominant hiring model by enabling companies to apply to hire creative talent instead of the other way around. I led design efforts on the team, working closely with our CEO and team of engineers to bring the product to life.
