I’m Micaela, a multidisciplinary creative director born in Sydney, raised in SoCal, and now proud to call San Francisco home. For more than a decade, I’ve worked across a range of leading agencies, startups, and in-house teams, helping shape the way some of the world’s most beloved companies show up in the world.

As Senior Creative Director at Pinterest, I’ve spent the past five years playing a pivotal role in the brand’s evolution. Highlights include helping establish Pinterest as a global trend authority with Pinterest Predicts, launching industry-first search tools like Skin Tone Range and Body Type Search, and bringing to life the most successful brand campaign in Pinterest’s history, helping Pinterest earn a spot as one of The One Show’s top 10 brand-side agencies in 2025.

I’m also a dedicated manager and mentor, with a focus on developing talent and building world-class creative teams. In my current role, I lead an interdisciplinary team of designers and art directors working across campaigns, product marketing, web, experiential, and beyond. 

My work has been recognized by awards such as One Show, The Drum Awards, Webbys, Shorty Awards, and Clios, and featured in publications like Vogue, Adweek, and The New York Times.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me behind a camera or tracking down immersive art experiences in search of my next creative spark.
