Banksii
In 2016, Chef Hamish Ingham and sommelier Rebecca Lines opened Banksii, a vermouth bar and bistro with a focus on botanicals. Frost*design was approached to create a distinct brand identity complementing Banksii’s experimental and vibrant cuisine.
Banksii's brand identity draws inspiration from the restaurant's rich Australian heritage and vibrant floral-infused culinary offerings. The contemporary and refined visual identity is anchored with with minimal abstract floral illustrations inspired by the Australian Banksia flower.
